These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through www.brinknordic.com where the customer is acting as a private consumer.

2. Orders & Contract Formation

Before placing an order, you can review and correct your products, quantities, prices, delivery details and other information entered.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

A binding agreement is generally entered into when you place your order on www.brinknordic.com.

Brink Nordic is not bound by an obvious pricing, product or other error where you knew or reasonably should have known that an error had occurred.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT where applicable.

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you place your order. The total price of your order is shown before payment.

Available payment methods are shown during checkout.

Payment for ordinary products is captured when the order is dispatched. For collection orders, payment is captured when the goods are handed over to you.

For personalised products, full payment is captured when the order is placed and before production begins.

If an order contains both personalised and ordinary products, payment for ordinary products is captured when they are dispatched, while payment for personalised products is captured when the order is placed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

For deliveries within Denmark, products in stock are normally dispatched within 1–2 business days.

International delivery times vary depending on the destination, carrier and any customs processing.

Available shipping methods and shipping costs depend on the destination and are shown at checkout.

Unless a longer delivery period is stated for the product or otherwise agreed, delivery will take place no later than 30 days after the order is placed.

Personalised products generally have a production time of approximately 5 weeks.

Orders may be shipped with GLS, UPS, PostNord or other delivery partners. Tracking information is provided where available.

Shipping within Denmark is free on purchases over DKK 600.

Collection is available during our opening hours once you have been notified that your order is ready.

5. Customs & Import Duties – Non-EU

Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import VAT, carrier fees or other local charges.

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs unless otherwise stated at checkout and must be paid by the customer.

Customs authorities or the carrier may hold the shipment until the applicable charges have been paid. Where this applies, delivery cannot be completed until payment has been made.

Customs processing may extend the delivery time.

6. Risk of Loss & Uncollected Parcels

Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the goods are delivered to you or to a third party designated by you, other than the carrier.

If a parcel is returned to Brink Nordic because it was not collected, delivery was refused or the delivery information provided was incorrect, Brink Nordic may deduct the actual direct costs incurred as a result of the return.

Failure to collect or accept a parcel does not in itself constitute notice that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.

If you would like the order sent again, you are responsible for the new shipping cost unless the return was caused by Brink Nordic.

7. Right of Withdrawal

The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal described in this section applies to consumers within the European Union.

The withdrawal period begins when you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.

If products from the same order are delivered separately, the period begins when you receive the final product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly notify Brink Nordic before the 14-day period expires.

You do not need to provide a reason.

Simply refusing delivery or failing to collect the parcel is not sufficient.

8. Returns & Refunds

The following applies to returns made under the EU right of withdrawal.

After notifying Brink Nordic of your withdrawal, the goods must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after your notice.

Please include your order number so that we can identify your return.

Due to the fragile nature of our glass products, products should be returned in their original protective box and packaging whenever possible.

If the original packaging is no longer available, the product must be securely packaged to protect it during return transport.

You are responsible for the goods during return transport. Damage caused during return transport may therefore affect the amount refunded.

The absence of the original packaging does not in itself remove your statutory right of withdrawal.

Brink Nordic does not collect returns from parcel shops and does not accept parcels sent cash on delivery.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

Brink Nordic refunds the purchase price and the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered at the time of purchase. Additional costs for a more expensive delivery method are not refunded.

The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your notice of withdrawal.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or you have provided proof that they have been returned, whichever occurs first.

Refunds are normally made using the original payment method.

9. Personalised Products

Selected Brink Nordic products can be ordered with your own personalised text.

Products manufactured according to your individual specifications are considered personalised products.

For EU consumers, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to these products.

This will also be stated on the relevant product page.

This does not affect your rights if the product is defective or incorrect.

10. Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Products

Customers within the EU

If you receive a damaged, incorrect or defective product, please contact us as soon as possible at mail@brinknordic.com.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue and photographs where relevant.

EU consumers have statutory rights in relation to defective or non-conforming products, including legal protection for at least 2 years.

Depending on the circumstances, the available solution may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or cancellation of the purchase.

Customers outside the EU

If you receive a damaged, incorrect or defective product, please contact us as soon as possible at mail@brinknordic.com.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue and photographs where relevant.

We will review the issue and work with you to find an appropriate solution.

11. Complaints

If you have a complaint, please contact Brink Nordic first at mail@brinknordic.com so that we can try to resolve the matter.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and purchases from Brink Nordic are governed by Danish law.

This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
